by: scooterz1 in District Residents Struggle to Get Around Neighborhoods neglected I have seen reports that the streets have been plowed but they must not be talking about SE or NE. The major number streets are sheets of snow that has been pressed down into ice. The streets have not been "plowed" as reported. The cross streets are parking lots of snow. |
